Responsibilities

• Partner with ownership to establish disciplined risk‑management practices with regards to contracts, capital structure and development / investment decisions, balancing risk, short and long-term ROI
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses and investment frameworks, assessing, evaluating and driving initiatives to pursue market expansion, new service offerings and real estate development projects, acquisitions or joint ventures
• Maintain financial systems, processes and internal controls and execute accurate job costing, forecasting and real‑time project performance insights
• Execute forecasting and cash‑flow management across multiple concurrent projects and long cash‑cycle environments, leading capital allocation, liquidity planning and bonding‑capacity while maintaining strong capability in core accounting functions and project finance.
• Support Controller and lead a small, high performance accounting team, balancing leadership with a willingness to do hands-on, detailed work
• Drive modernization across finance, leading the evaluation, selection and implementation of technologies that streamline and standardize workflow and enhance reporting capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s required; CPA, CMA or MBA highly preferred
• 15+ years of financial leadership within the specialty construction industry
• 5+ years of capital-intensive real estate development experience
• Demonstrated success in entrepreneurial companies, working with founder-led and private ownership groups

Wilson Co. is seeking a content creator with strong video and photography skills to help document the work happening across our Building, Remodeling, and Development divisions. This role focuses on capturing real projects, craftsmanship, and stories, then turning that content into compelling posts across our social platforms.

A significant portion of this role involves video and photo production in the field, capturing projects, craftsmanship, and behind-the-scenes moments across Wilson Co.’s work. The role also includes editing and organizing content, publishing across social channels, and supporting broader marketing efforts.

You’ll work closely with the Wilson Co. leadership team and our agency partner, Heritage Brands, to execute a content strategy designed to showcase our work and build trust with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Production - Capture video and photo content. Document projects in progress, finished work, and behind-the-scenes moments that help tell the story of the company.
• Video Editing & Content Creation - Edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Turn raw footage into engaging reels, project highlights, interviews, and educational content.
• Social Media Publishing - Organize and publish content across Wilson Co.’s social platforms using a structured content calendar. Ensure posts are consistent, professional, and aligned with the company’s brand voice.
• Content Library Development - Build and maintain a growing library of photos, video clips, and project documentation that can be reused across campaigns and future content.
• Collaboration with Leadership - Work with the Wilson Co. team to identify stories worth sharing. Convert those stories into visually engaging representations for social platforms.
• Strategy Execution - Partner with Heritage Brands to execute a pre-defined content strategy while identifying new creative opportunities along the way.

Required skills & Experience:

• Proficiency with major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience operating cameras in manual mode
• Strong understanding of lighting, exposure, and composition
• Experience editing video using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong organizational skills for managing media files and content calendars
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred Skills:

• Experience creating content for construction, real estate, or architecture
• Familiarity with drone photography or videography

Assist in the kitchen where you are needed. Cooking, prepping, serving, and cleaning during Richland County School District #1 school hours.

Inventory management and/or cashiering. Light lifting and dishwashing possible.

Essential Functions:

• Prepares and cooks food items for student meals in the prescribed quantity and as scheduled; monitors cooking times and temperatures to ensure thorough heating as required for consumer safety.
• Sets up serving lines and maintains cleanliness of serving area, ensures the availability of necessary serving utensils, and serves food in the appropriate quantity per customer.
• Cleans, sanitizes and stores utensils, pans, serving ware, warmers, freezers, coolers, ovens, carts, cookware, floors, and restrooms.
• Inspects daily food and supply deliveries to ensure compliance with required quantity and quality standards.
• Operates a variety of equipment such as a braising pan, oven, steamers, dishwasher, fryers, mixers, meat slicer, pallet jack, thermometer, conveyor belt, can opener, power soak sink, trash compactor, icemaker, scales, kitchen utensils, knives, cleaning equipment and tools.
• Interacts and communicates with various individuals, such as immediate supervisor, co-workers, school personnel, and students.
• Complies with all federal laws, state statutes, Board policies, administrative rules, and directives.

The Certified Medical Assistant reports to the Outpatient Clinic Manager. Interviews patients, measures vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), and records or inputs information to patients' medical record. Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.

Basic computer skills required. Annual competencies are required to be maintained.
