Reporting to the Chief of Legal Services, Attorney will provide direct legal representation (court appearances and legal/immigration proceedings) to victims of domestic violence in Westchester County.
Duties
- Provide legal advice, and representation (i.e. family law litigation, matrimonial actions, custody & visitation, child support, orders of protection, and immigration).
- Conduct client intake and offer trauma-informed legal advice, counsel, and (if needed) referrals.
- Manage caseload via continued communication with clients, court personnel, and partner agencies.

- Maintain accurate records and case files.
