We are seeking a Class A, B, or C Mechanic with strong experience in light and medium-duty fleet vehicles , diesel and gasoline systems, and preventive maintenance.

This role is ideal for technicians with fleet maintenance, school bus repair, diagnostic troubleshooting, and electrical system experience .

ASE certification is recommended.

The technician will troubleshoot mechanical and drivability issues, perform inspections, and assist other technicians when necessary.

This role requires strong mechanical skills, knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines , and familiarity with DOT inspection procedures for school buses (preferred).

Key Responsibilities Vehicle Diagnostics & Repairs Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and perform vehicle repairs on fleet vehicles and school buses.

Inspect, test, adjust, and repair systems including: Steering systems Electrical systems Cooling systems Lubrication systems Brake systems Drivetrains Suspensions Power steering units Clutches Transmissions Engine components Temperature and fuel regulation systems Perform engine adjustments, testing, and rebuilds when required.

Preventive Maintenance Perform preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs) on fleet vehicles.

Ensure vehicles meet federal, state, and local safety regulations .

Assist with DOT inspection procedures for school buses.

Repair Oversight & Documentation Obtain proper approval for major repairs before releasing vehicles.

Record time spent, parts used, and services performed.

Identify additional maintenance needs and escalate repairs when necessary.

Fleet Support Perform road calls and roadside repairs when required.

Assist and guide other technicians on complex repairs.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area .

Team & Work Ethic Work independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.

Continuously develop mechanical knowledge and technical skills.

Minimum Requirements 3 years of experience as a Light or Medium Duty Fleet Mechanic Experience working on fleet trucks, buses, or commercial vehicles Must qualify as a Class A, B, or C Mechanic Strong diagnostic, electrical, and A/C repair skills Technical knowledge of diesel engines and gasoline systems Ability to perform preventive maintenance and complex repairs Must possess basic hand tools required for the job Valid state driver’s license ( CDL preferred ) Ability to perform road service and emergency repairs Ability to work flexible schedules when required Must be 21 years of age or older Preferred Qualifications ASE Certification School bus maintenance experience Familiarity with DOT inspection standards Advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting Experience with internal engine and transmission repairs Work Environment Clean and safe maintenance facility Collaborative team environment Ongoing training and certification support Opportunities for long-term career growth ​

Be the central link between the customer, operations, sales team to ensure the client's requirements are met in the most efficient and cost-effective way. Salary Range Based on Experience: $59,900 - $75,000

Main responsibilities

Build Customer Care strategy and follow global guidelines

Identify opportunities for improvement in Customer Care and participate in projects when relevant

Provide support for assigned customers and affiliates to meet order requirements and escalate issues

Work with the customer care team on customer relationship and delivering customer experience

Daily communication and collaboration with customers, operations, and sales

Resolve request for order changes, issues and handle customer complaints and inquiries internally and externally

When applicable determine corrective action with the help of the Support Office and Control Tower

Prepare Debit and Credit notes, process quality notifications and Customer Returns

Manage customer expectations and building relationships

Collect Customer Forecast, enter into tool and collaborate with planning on information relating to demand planning and stock positions and participate in demand planning meetings

Ask for and act upon Customer feedback

Maintain accurate customer records, including customer specific information, contracts, labeling, packaging and stock requirements

Provide coverage and support accounts for other team members

Know how to diffuse a difficult situation and get resolution with the customers

Follow the new Customer/product processes and contribute to improve New customer experience

Education

High School or Secondary Education

Associate or University Degree

Languages: English and other language(s)

Professional experience: 2-3 years in the industry including customer-facing role

The Auto Property Damage Claims Representative is responsible for managing Auto Property Damage claims within our “Auto PD Claim Unit.” This role demands a high level of customer service, patience, and professionalism while working in a fast-paced environment with significant phone interaction. Strong customer service, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are essential. The ability to navigate adversarial situations with professionalism is critical. Comparative negligence claim handling experience is a plus but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Policy Analysis:

• Investigate and interpret policy provisions, endorsements, and conditions to determine coverage for automobile property claims.
• Identify and investigate contested coverage claims that may require a roundtable discussion.

Claim Investigation:

• Investigate auto accidents to assess liability by interviewing first- and third-party claimants, witnesses, investigating officers, and other relevant parties.
• Secure and analyze pertinent records, documentation, and loss scene information to determine proximate cause, negligence, and damages.

Claims Management:

• Evaluate and adjust reserves as necessary.
• Prepare dispatch instructions for field personnel to inspect vehicles.
• Negotiate and settle claims within individual authority limits and seek supervisor approval for claims exceeding authority or requiring additional guidance.
• Maintain effective follow-up systems on pending files, advising insureds, claimants, and brokers on claim status.
• Act as an intermediary between the company, preferred vendors, and customers to resolve disputes.
• Ensure adherence to privacy guidelines, laws, and regulations in claims handling.

Subrogation and Legal Handling:

• Investigate and initiate subrogation processes when applicable.
• Handle and respond to special civil part lawsuits or intercompany arbitrations related to auto property damage claims.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage a customer-focused phone environment by answering calls, returning voicemails, and responding to emails and text correspondence promptly.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail timely and in accordance with state guidelines.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum of 1 year of related PD claim experience is welcomed but not required.
• Proficiency in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

SALARY RANGE

The pay range for this position is $47,000 to $55,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
