The collaborating physician shall be available for direct communication for consultation and referral or arrange for the same medical coverage by a physician who is pre-approved by the State Board of Medical Examiners in the same manner as the collaborating physician of record.

To coordinate plan of care, discharge and specialty referrals as appropriate to meet the age specific needs of the patient.

To plan and coordinate health care education for patient, family and other health care providers as needed.

To perform comprehensive physical examinations and assessments.

To interpret, analyze and evaluate patient's medical record and social data.

To perform and/or assist the physician with procedures per collaborative agreement.

To coordinate and participate in performance improvement activities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 1.

Based on thorough physical and psychosocial patient assessments, formulates and implements comprehensive patient care plans focused on prevention, diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of disease.

Plans include patient and family education, prescriptions, additional lab and diagnostic testing, and therapies.

Position Requirements: Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing with an Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification or graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program required.

We are seeking a Regulatory Manager – Modular Construction to join our manufacturing operations in Bessemer, Alabama. This role is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance activities related to modular construction, including licensing, permitting, and coordination with regulatory agencies.

Working with minimal supervision, the Regulatory Manager will develop, implement, and maintain materials and processes necessary to ensure compliance with applicable building codes, state regulations, and industry standards. This position will also support company licensing efforts, third-party relationships, and regulatory registrations across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, state licensing requirements, shipping regulations, and logistics standards.
Assist with the permitting process for the design studio and modular construction projects.
Manage general contracting licenses across all required states.

This position is responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and support of studio broadcast systems to ensure reliable, high-quality on-air and digital productions.

This role supports live and recorded programming by maintaining technical infrastructure, troubleshooting issues in real time, and collaborating with Engineering, Operations, IT, and Production teams to meet business and operational objectives.
