Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active Massachusetts Bar required or eligibility for admission.

• 2–5 years of experience practicing as an Estate & Tax Planning Attorney or estate planning associate.

• Experience drafting wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents.

• Knowledge of probate and estate administration principles.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to explain complex legal strategies clearly to clients.
