- this is a mandatory requirement• Child Adolescent Board Certification required• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training required• Manage 10-12 patient encounters per shift in a 22-bed department• Work in an acute psychiatric unit/institute setting• Provide care across various clinical areas including anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, eating disorders, developmental disorders, psychotic disorders, and organic disorders• Experience with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application preferred• Utilize various treatment techniques including pharmacotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, and ECT• Must maintain active Massachusetts medical license• Required certifications include ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS• Credentialing timeframe approximately 60 days• Start date: March 11, 2026 with ongoing assignment opportunityCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
