EQUIPMENT: 2022 or Newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks. Volvos are the safest truck on the road! They run 68 cruise and pedal. These trucks are optimized with ergonomically designed seats and position perfect steering, 70” L /96 W sleepers, larger than average built in refrigerators, Auxiliary power units, Dual antennas, Flat screen TV mount, satellite radios. SAFETY: Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our Operations team is experienced. Most have held down the pedal of a tractor just like you. They will dispatch you safely & legally. Our Drivers run the loads in the same manner. Most of our freight is in the middle corridor of the United States. We will never force dispatch you through the mountains of the West Coast or to NY City. Your truck will undergo regular maintenance, and the shop is available 24/7.
COMMUNICATION: Drivers regularly meet face-to-face with managers and team members. We want every driver to feel at home, not just a part of the trucking industry. Drivers and dispatchers know each other by name. Some have been around so long they have a nickname. Our operations dept. is available 24/7
PAY: Pay is based on work record and experience and will be determined after you are fully processed. We pay our professionals loaded and empty on practical miles. Role Summary:
The Dispatcher will act as a communication point for all calls: coordinate requests, transmit messages and track vehicles. This individual would enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.
Role Priorities / Responsibilities:
- Ensure all route service drivers are working in/on pre-assigned routes/tasks each day
- Answer customer calls and dispatch drivers and equipment
- Document all calls
- Coordinate with supervisor to allocate, schedule, and assign jobs to the workforce
- Coordinate with the technicians, billable or non-billable ticket
- Assign the appropriate equipment and employees to corresponding jobs
- Enter data into computer system and keep dispatch records/logs and status reports
- Coordinate with billing personnel
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
- Plans and organizes appropriate work time and resource requirements
- Use radio, phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations
- Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
CNC Machinist will operate computer-controlled tools to machine or process parts, tools, or other work pieces primarily of polyurethane foam but other materials as well. Reads and interprets blueprints, work orders, and related documentation to determine methods and sequence of operations, in addition to, dimensional and finish specifications.
- Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures
- Mount, install, align, secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and work pieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Ability to effectively and efficiently setup and breakdown machines, removing finished work pieces, tooling changes, or work piece placement, according to required machining sequences
- Read, interpret and convey instructions, verbally and in written form
Education, Skills and Certifications
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to receive and interpret instructions and directions from supervisors and peers
- Must demonstrate good judgment to perform the job correctly and safely
- Experience with GD and T
- Must be process minded with experience leading and participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Have a minimum of 2 years of CNC experience

Machine Operator -$500 SIGN ON BONUS! Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up machines to start a production cycle
- Ensure the interminable and efficient running of production
- Press/Sheer/Fold Pans using semi-automated machines
- Assemble pans into steel bands
- Use semi-automated machines to weld
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
- Attention to detail and safety standards regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
- Able to stand or sit for 8 to 10 hours a day with repetitive motion
- Able to lift 2 to 10 pounds repeatedly
- Understanding of production procedures
- Analytical skills
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Physical stamina and strength
Compensation details: 18-19 Hourly Wage
