The Production Supervisor will manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity by overseeing production schedules, coordinating resources, and maintaining adherence to timelines. The role involves supervising production staff, facilitating communication across teams, promoting workplace safety, and driving process optimization. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining high-quality production standards, supporting team performance, and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead, train, and motivate production teams effectively.
- Experience in Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure operations remain on track and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Production Management practices to maintain safety, quality, delivery and cost.
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with different departments and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement to enhance production processes.
Preferred Qualifications
