- Perform and manage advanced skills: IV starts, telemetry monitoring, ventilator management, Swan-Ganz catheter care, conscious sedation, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), PA lines, and more/n
- Interpret and manage dysrhythmias, titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips, and respond to emergencies and codes/n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy (PT), respiratory therapy (RT), pharmacy, social services, and perfusion/n
- Float to other critical care units as required and support unit staffing as a travel nurse/n
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR and follow hospital documentation standards/n
- Participate in rotating holidays and weekend coverage as scheduled/n
- Adhere to infection prevention, isolation precautions, and PPE protocols/n
