The Role: Client Delivery Specialist
The Client Delivery Specialist is responsible for supporting client operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers. This position plays a key role in client success, operational execution, and service delivery.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in client services, customer success, account management, operations coordination, or project management who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure projects are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Client Project Coordination
- Manage and coordinate client projects related to vehicle registration, licensing, and permitting
- Ensure all client transactions and documentation are completed accurately and within deadlines
- Track project timelines and ensure smooth execution from start to finish
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service
- Provide proactive updates regarding project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Operations & Process Improvement
- Monitor workflows to ensure efficient service delivery and operational accuracy
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and streamline client support
Qualifications
