How You’ll Impact

We are looking for an exceptional Stylist, to join our brand during a period of exciting growth! You will expertly guide clients through their Maria Tash experience to create their own unique style. Working closely with the Piercing team, you will ensure that every clients’ journey is seamless from beginning to end. The ideal stylist is passionate about jewelry and jewelry trends, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrives in a high paced sales environment.



What You’ll Do

  • Elevate the customer’s shopping experience through customer engagement by providing honest and confident feedback while styling the customer
  • Responsible for opening and closing procedures, safe management, end of day recaps & POS reconciliation.
  • Advising on appropriate types of jewelry and suitable combinations of piercings
  • Directing and advising clients on pricing using iPads
  • Seeking product knowledge, this includes current trends
  • Building relationships with customers through follow-up communication after the customer has completed their purchase, this will help with increasing average spend and UPT’s

What You Will Achieve:

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Foster strong relationships with relevant institutions in regions where our retail stores operate.

Public Affairs Support

  • Provide day-to-day support for local public affairs matters and help address operational challenges.
  • Assist in advancing corporate initiatives and major projects in collaboration with headquarters.

Policy Monitoring & Risk Management

  • Stay informed of key policy and legislative changes at the federal and state levels; provide timely insights and early warnings on potential risks.
  • Conduct research on public policy and regulatory issues impacting the designer toy and consumer goods sectors.

Industry Engagement & ESG Initiatives

  • Cultivate partnerships with industry associations and chambers of commerce; represent the company in industry-standard discussions.
  • Support local execution of ESG programs in coordination with relevant organizations.


What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Public Administration, Law, International Relations, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Around 5 years of professional experience in public affairs, public policy, or a related area.
  • Solid understanding of the regulatory landscape; familiarity with agencies (administrative, regulatory, customs) is a plus.
  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle/entertainment industries preferred.
  • Native English proficiency or extensive U.S. work experience preferred; Mandarin or Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and crisis management skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, deliver results, and adapt to frequent travel requirements.
  • Genuine passion for designer toys and consumer products, with a strong alignment to our brand values.

Role:

We’re looking for a Freelance Performance Marketing & Social Video Editor who knows how to turn raw footage into ads that stop the scroll and drive action. This role sits at the intersection of creative and performance, editing fast, iterating smarter, and using results to make every cut sharper than the last.

You’ll work closely with creative strategists, paid media buyers, designers, and the brand team to produce short form, platform native video for paid social and organic channels. If you obsess over the first three seconds, think in hooks, and love testing what actually converts, you’ll thrive here.


What You’ll Do:

  • Create platform native content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels, optimized by format, length, and audience behavior
  • Edit footage including studio shoots, UGC, influencer and creator content, and existing assets into high performing short form videos designed for paid social and digital distribution
  • Review large volumes of creator and influencer footage and apply strong creative judgment to identify the best moments, angles, and performances to build compelling ads
  • Identify and amplify the strongest moments in footage to build compelling hooks and clear, conversion driven narratives
  • Add captions, motion, sound design, and visual treatments that feel organic to each platform while staying on brand
  • Apply learnings from ad results to continuously improve pacing, structure, and creative approach
  • Follow strict brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual aesthetic and tone of voice across all edits, maintaining cohesion across campaigns
  • Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and new video formats, and proactively bring ideas forward


What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience editing short form video for paid social or performance driven campaigns
  • Strong instincts for pacing, structure, and storytelling built for attention and action, not long form narrative
  • Fluency in modern editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
  • Comfort working with basic motion graphics, text animation, and sound design
  • A solid understanding of social platform specifications, creative best practices, and what drives engagement and conversion
  • A performance mindset, curiosity around what works, why it works, and how to make the next version better
  • Clear communicator who collaborates well across creative and marketing teams
  • Highly organized with strong habits around asset management and deadlines
  • Bonus points for experience with advanced motion, animation, AI powered editing tools, or emerging creative technology
