Salary: $110,000

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of commercial litigation experience.

Responsibilities: 1.

Conducting extensive legal research to support case preparation and legal proceedings.

2.

Drafting pleadings, motions, memorandums, and briefs.

3.

Assisting with discovery include drafting and responding to discovery requests and assisting with depositions 4.

Collaborating with colleagues to devise effective litigation strategies.

5.

Corresponding and liaising directly with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Litigation Associate Attorney position should possess the following: 1.

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

2.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation.

3.

Membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar.

4.

Exceptional legal research skills.

5.

Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

6.

Proficiency with legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

7.

Experience in admiralty law preferred.
