Hiring Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Physicians
We are looking for Physicians to join our expanding pulmonary team and provide patients with high-quality treatment and diagnostic services. The ideal candidate is an intuitive healthcare professional whose diagnostic abilities are only matched by their concern for their patients. The person in the Physician role will be responsible for meeting, assessing and diagnosing patients in our clinic and providing them with healthcare services that meet state and national standards for caregiving. They will be responsible for prescribing patients with appropriate medication, health regimens and lifestyle adjustments that will contribute to their recovery from diagnosed health issues, prevent future health issues and/or promote a healthier life. The right candidate will have a passion for providing diagnostic services to patients and will enjoy working closely with other healthcare professionals in our organization. Medical Center s physician group is seeking a medical Oncologist board certified or board elgible in Hematology and Oncology. The incoming physician will be joining a group of 4 surgical oncologists and 2 radiation oncologists. Medical Center is building a state of the art cancer center located next to the hospital. The Cancer Institute is expected to open at the end of this year. The center will provide access to multidisciplinary, evidence based care such as that found in the nation s most prestigious health care institutions.
With four surgical oncologists employed by client, they are looking to find a medical hematologist/oncologist that can practice in a clinical environment but also serve in a the role of building relationships and being the face of medical oncology at the hospital. The goal is to create an inhouse referral stream. The plan is to hire one Med Onc and then grow an employed medical oncology group from there.

Candidate Parameters/Specifics:
General hem/oncologist
Comfortable working in a collaborative, clinical environment
Willing to attend hospital events and build relationships to grow the program
Board certified/board eligible in hematology and oncology
Sub-specialty interest in GI oncology
Some experience preferred
Financial Package- Medical Oncology

$400,000 annual base salary plus bonus based on quality and performance measures

Near Palm Beach
Salary: $350,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday and 1 in 3 weekends call
Vacation: 2 weeks for PTO, 1 additional week for CMEs
