The GI Division at Massachusetts General Hospital is looking for an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our fast-paced, ambulatory, academic gastroenterology practice for our Waltham location. The APP will be clinically based with 8 clinical sessions with one hour of administrative time given for each clinical session. The APP will participate in a team-based care approach to see patients diagnosed with various GI disease and disorders. The APP will be responsible for new, urgent and follow-up visits.

Job Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking a 40-hour, Physician Assistant to support the Sports Medicine Department of Newton Wellesley Hospital. Our clinics are located at 978 Worcester Street (Route 9) in Wellesley. The schedule consists of three days a week in the Clinic, one day in the OR, and 1 Admin Day from 8:00am-4:30pm. Our PAs work under the clinical supervision of the Medical Director as well as the operational direction of the Practice Manager. The Physician Assistant is responsible for:

  • Provides care to patients in the outpatient clinic setting of the Newton-Wellesley Hospital Sports Medicine Department
  • Obtains and documents appropriate and comprehensive orthopedic histories and physical examinations for new, established and post-operative patients
