The Program Manager II is a full-time staff member in the Mount Sinai Respectful & Equitable Access to Comprehensive Healthcare (REACH) Program in the Division of General Internal Medicine of the Department of Medicine, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

The REACH Program provides addiction medicine primary care for people who use drugs at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. Using a multidisciplinary team model, REACH medical services include treatment for opioid and alcohol use disorder and treatment of hepatitis C virus infection. The team is committed to harm reduction and trauma-informed approaches to patient care that acknowledge stigma, structural and systematic barriers and provide respectful, compassionate, and equitable care for all patients.

The Program Manager II oversees the operational aspects and scope of 8-10 Federal, State, City and Foundation programs (research, service delivery and community outreach). Duties include oversight of program operations, 8-10 staff members, and award budgeting and spending. Additional duties include grant submissions. At least five years (5) of relevant experience with a Master's degree is preferred. Project management-specific experience is required.

Full-time in person for the first three (3) months required.

Hybrid option after three (3) months (3 days in person/2 days remote).
