Commercial Banking Associate

About the Role

This role sits at the center of the bank’s commercial lending function — supporting the flow of deals from initial request through closing and beyond.

It’s a strong fit for someone who has worked in loan operations, processing, or administration and is ready to deepen their understanding of how a commercial bank actually runs.

What You’ll Do

• Support the commercial lending team with loan processing, documentation, and file management
• Coordinate with lenders, credit, and operations to ensure loans move efficiently from application to closing
• Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards
• Assist with boarding, funding, and ongoing servicing activities
• Track deal progress and help identify bottlenecks before they become problems
• Serve as a key internal point of contact for loan-related requests and follow-ups
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation across the life of the loan

Objective

Works with interdepartmental Engineers / technical colleagues in a team environment to

manage the New Product Launches of key customer accounts for Quality, leading / solving product problems.

The Customer Quality Engineer (NPL) manages strategic customers’ accounts with direct customer issues with effective communication and provides superior problem solving / critical thinking skills. The Engineer interacts with others globally while traveling occasionally to customer and other Nidec locations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop strategy to manage specific customer accounts
• Lead customer quality issue resolution

• Maintain daily quality (PPM / other KPI targets) and cost (internal / external costs) data for all requirements.
• Actively engage site production team to drive manufacturing improvements

• Gather warranty data, generate warranty charts, analyze trends and prepare warranty report for each assigned OEM to reduce warranty cost
• Support change management programs customers, and at plant level.
• Fulfill / Submit all new parts submission (PPAP) requirements
• Interact closely with cross functional Team to perform Advanced Product Quality
• Planning (APQP) for new product launches and Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) for product and/or process changes.
• Key member of FMEA Development serving as key member liaison between
• Manufacturing Engineering and Design Engineering.
• Set quality goals and improvement plans
• Document and utilize lessons learned
• Review / Improve Control plans
• Lead / Direct customer issues to closure by gathering appropriate teams and leading problem solving using tools, including: 8D, 5P, 5 Whys, Fault Tree Analysis and other documents, per customer.
• Additional responsibility may entail New Product Launch activity which would require FMEA Moderator training.

Experience: 2+ years’ experience automotive manufacturing

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong Detail / Accuracy in technical details and business writing / communication
• Analytical thinking and working knowledge of problem-solving techniques (i.e. paretos,
• cause and effect, fish bone diagrams, and 5Why analysis).
• Technical thinking and core tool knowledge as well as knowledge of plating, plastic

We provide environmental sampling services for soil, ground water, and soil vapor with Geoprobe 7822DT, 66DT, 5400, and 54DT drill rigs to environmental consultants and more.

Job Overview:

As a DPA Environmental Driller/Geologist/Scientist, you will be able to develop your knowledge of environmental drilling with a variety of drilling techniques, locations, and equipment. You will be trained by our DPA Team of managers and drillers with Geology and Environmental Science degrees and over 50 years of combined drilling experience.

License/Certification:

· Valid Driver’s License (Required)

· Class A CDL (Preferred but Flexible)

· 40 Hour OSHA Hazwoper / 8 Hour Hazwoper Refresher (Preferred but Flexible)

Job Responsibilities:

· Perform drilling operations, sampling, well installation and abandonment tasks while adhering to all Direct Push Analytical Corp. safety plan, policies, and standards and the safety requirements set by our clients or location owners where we operate.

· Maintains record log of drilling activities.

· Works with onsite consultants for job prep, onsite partnership, post job completion as needed.

· Trains and directs Driller Helpers.

· Use required Personal Protective Equipment in accordance with DPA Safety policies.

· Assist loading and unloading tools and equipment from support vehicles.

· Mechanically inclined or ability/ familiarity with automotive tools such as sockets, end wrenches, voltmeter, etc.

· Maintains, cleans, and repair drill rig or equipment to ensure the highest operating condition.

· Perform surveying, site reconnaissance, and utility clearance tasks.

· Perform onsite Geological and/or Environmental technician tasks.

· Maintain certifications, if required.

· Proficiently operate all vehicles and equipment in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or STEM.

• 2 years’ experience with drilling experience.

• Must be able to meet the physical labor demands of the job - including, but not limited to, carry 50-75 lbs. repeatedly without assistance, standing for long periods of time, kneeling, balance, and use hands to handle tools and controls.

• Willing to work outside in all weather conditions.

Position Purpose

The Respiratory Therapist shall be responsible for the administration of respiratory care offered by the Respiratory Care Department

What you will do

• ​Function clinically with a considerable amount of independent judgment regarding the delivery of quality patient care
