Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive care to 6-8 PICU patients during the day, with additional responsibilities during night shifts including new admissions.
Perform specialized procedures such as arterial line placement, central venous line placement, chest tube placement, endotracheal intubation, lumbar puncture, and PICC placement.
Utilize the Epic EMR system for charting and patient documentation.
Participate in a shared coverage model that includes day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Engage in call responsibilities, with in-house night call duties shared among team members.
Schedule: Start Date: July Shift: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM
