What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field 3-10 years of professional experience in related position Strong background in continuous improvement, process development, and execution.
Experience in electronics manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, or industrial controls is highly preferred.
Comfortable working directly on the floor with operators and support teams.
Familiarity with automotive quality requirements (control plans, IATF 16949) — you don’t need to be an expert, but you should understand key concepts and applications.
CAD experience is a plus, not mandatory.
