• Oversee and execute personalized care plans to ensure every patient reaches their health goals safely.
• Maintain patient safety through vigilant monitoring and real-time communication of changing conditions to the medical team.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Education:

Work Experience:

• RN with approximately 18 months or less of experience.
