About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Engineering Project Manager to work with Colorado Springs team. This role is responsible for managing multiple technical development projects in parallel, guiding them from concept through production release.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of assigned technical projects from initiation to production release

Customer Experience & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact from first call through job completion

Shop & Process Oversight
- Provide day-to-day functional leadership over service execution standards
- Reinforce best practices for communication, documentation, and estimating
- Support technicians and service staff with guidance and escalation support
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate with leadership to improve processes
Administrative & Systems Excellence
- Ensure work orders, estimates, invoices, and warranty documentation are accurate and timely
- Maintain clean, current records in the service management system
- Support customer-pay, internal, and warranty work per company standards
- Pitch in across branch responsibilities as needed to meet customer and business needs
What We’re Looking For
Required / Strongly Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as a heavy equipment mechanic or service technician
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical expertise gained through extensive heavy equipment service, diagnostics, and field experience
- Deep understanding of heavy equipment systems, repair processes, and service operations
- Proven ability to translate technical issues into clear, customer-facing explanations
- Experience working closely with technicians, parts teams, and service leadership

Position Overview
We are partnering with multiple inpatient healthcare organizations to recruit Chief Nursing Officers (CNOs) for high-impact executive leadership roles. These positions report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and sit on the executive leadership team, with responsibility for nursing strategy, clinical quality, staffing, and operational excellence.
These opportunities are ideal for experienced nurse leaders seeking visibility, influence, and the ability to drive meaningful change in growing or transitioning hospital environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all nursing and patient care services
Maintain 24/7 accountability for nursing operations, staffing, quality, and compliance
Lead and develop nursing leadership teams, including Nurse Managers and department leaders
Oversee clinical departments including (varies by location):
Nursing Services
Infection Prevention
Education / Staff Development
Respiratory Therapy
Wound Care
Dialysis
Scheduling and ancillary services
Partner closely with the CEO and executive team on organizational strategy, performance improvement, and culture

Required Qualifications
Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state (or ability to obtain)
BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
CRRN certification required or ability to obtain within one year of eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (advanced degree preferred or in progress)
Minimum 5 years of inpatient hospital nursing experience
Minimum 2 years of recent nursing management experience (within the last 5 years), including:
24-hour operational accountability
FTE and staffing management
Policy and procedure oversight
Budget management
Performance management and disciplinary action
