Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a floor Manager at The Dubliner Boston located in Boston, MA. The floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the floor, ensuring excellent customer service, managing tables, handling guests' questions and maintaining a welcoming and efficient dining experience for customers.
High volume and team leading experience is a must!
Qualifications
- Prior experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety regulations
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle customer concerns
