We’re looking for a dynamic nurse leader to serve as the key liaison between the Operating Room, PACU, and other departments, ensuring smooth surgical operations and exceptional patient care. In this role, you’ll coordinate cases, manage schedules, and provide clinical expertise while mentoring staff and promoting a culture of safety. You’ll work with diverse patient populations and collaborate closely with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to optimize efficiency and quality. Provide physical and emotional support to patients of all ages as they adapt to permanent lifestyle changes. Patients are on the unit for approximately 2-3 weeks and you get the chance to impact their road to recovery!

Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.

7p-7a or 11-7 during the week

Ambulatory Surgery RN

As an Ambulatory Surgery Unit (ASU) RN at MercyOne, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based practice. Utilizing critical thinking, the RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate outcome-focused care for patients undergoing surgery or procedures in an outpatient setting. What You’ll Do
- Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures following sterile technique
- Operate fluoroscopy, C‑arm, PACS, and hemodynamic monitoring systems
- Prepare procedure rooms, position patients, and ensure safe and accurate imaging
- Assist physicians during Cath Lab cases, monitor vital signs, and contribute to optimal procedural flow
- Participate in the on‑call rotation, supporting emergent cases when needed

Pay Range: $30.99 - $50.71 per hour
