Job Description Purpose & Scope: An Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant) employed by VHC Health Physicians (???Physician Group???) is required to complete an APP Agreement with their Collaborating Physician(s).

This Agreement will describe the APP???s role and function, APP/Physician Relationship, Functions of the APP, Privileges/Procedures, Prescriptive Authority, Documentation Responsibilities and Evaluation process.
