Lancaster office of a busy PA Civil Defense Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to work predominantly from the firm’s Lancaster office. Candidates should have expertise with filing, obtaining and preparing pleadings in all state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, scheduling and coordinating depositions, interacting with clients and witnesses, preparing, reviewing, analyzing and serving subpoenas and other discovery. Duties Responsibilities

Prepare and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents

Assist attorneys with discovery, trial preparation, filings, and case management

Manage case calendars, deadlines, and client communications

Organize and maintain case files (electronic) including recording and monitoring court appearances, pleading and filing deadlines

Record and monitor court appearance dates, pleadings and filing deadlines

Coordinate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel

Qualifications
