- Operate a fully automated side loading truck, ancillary equipment and hydraulic system while driving alone on public roadway to collect solid waste on specified collection route.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reports, daily truck report, route sheets and other documentation requested by supervisor daily.
- Communicate vehicle mechanical problems to mechanic and supervisor immediately.
- Maintain route quality standards as predetermined by management.

Requirements:

Physical/Mental Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, climb, balance, taste, and smell.
- Visual Requirements: include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus due to the constant maneuvering of vehicle in tight and high traffic areas.
- Ability to operate all controls from inside the vehicle.
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds.
- Sitting is required 75% of the time due to the primary function of driving.
- Ability to work in usually loud conditions.

Our organizationconsists of chiropractic clinics, Diagnostic MRI facilities and interventional pain management and orthopedic specialists. We have over 19 locations statewide and over 22 providers. We employ over 160 team members and have exciting 2019 expansion plans toinclude out of state locations. Our clinics are Joint Commission accredited as we take quality and safety extremely serious.
We currently have an opening for a full-time orthopedic surgeon to support our Coral Springs, Miami Lakes and Kendall offices with minimal monthly travel to our Fort Myers location. Our offices are fully equipped for procedures with certifiedtrained Radiology Technicians. Our practice does not offer chronic medication management. We treat acute injuries and refer patients that require medication management to outside specialists.
Our hours are typically 8:30-5pm, but some physicians prefer to adjust this based on traffic and needs, which we usually can accommodate. The schedule is usually about 20-25 patients per day, 3 to 4 days per week with 1 to 2 operatingdays per week.

Group has an immediate need for a BC/BE Gastroenterologist. It is located in Brevard County, 45 miles east of Orlando on the east coast of Florida.
The preferred candidate will be Florida licensed. He or she will provide care in an already fully established practice, focusing on treatments combined with personalized care for each patient and treating a full range of gastrointestinal issues. The physician should be proficient in all GI procedure days and clinic days. While in clinic, the incoming provider is expected to see 15-20 patients a day once ramped up. The practice offers a full range of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. The incoming surgeon will need to be comfortable with breast, extremity and preflap reconstruction as well as microsurgery, hand and facial procedures. Ability to walk into a successful practice with an instant patient base.
Practice call will be 1:3. Facility / ED call is 1:4 or better. Facial / Hand call for Hospital's trauma service is shared with other local physicians like Otolaryngologists and an Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon.
