Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products into the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth transition from design to production.
Develop and update work instructions, PFMEAs, and other documentation to ensure clear and efficient manufacturing operations.
Train and guide production staff on new processes and improvements.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
Proven experience with root cause analysis and statistical process control.
Familiarity with PFMEAs and the development of work instructions.
Experience in new product introduction in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in SolidWorks.

Implement and modify HMI, PLC, and robotic logic.
Testing, maintaining, and modifying existing systems to optimize operations.
Update and maintain documentation for electrical schematics and operational instructions.
Collaborating with design engineers, operations engineers, purchasers, and other internal staff.
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform maintenance and updates to maximize system reliability and efficiency.
Explore advancements in IoT, Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing for better automation and connectivity.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Controls Engineering role supporting manufacturing.
Expertise in Ladder Logic and Allen Bradley PLCs; GuardLogix experience is preferred.
Proficiency in robotic systems.
Strong electrical and electronic system troubleshooting capabilities.
Proficiency with tools including PanelBuilder, RSView 32, FT View, VisionWare, MotionWare, RSLogix (5, 500, 5000), Studio 5000, Ignition, Fanuc RoboGuide, Cognex Vision Tools, Keyence Vision Tools, and AutoCAD is preferred.
Experience with 480V electrical power is required.
