Pay Rate: $17.50/Hour

• Six Flags provides & pays for all certification training.

As an Entertainment Technician, you are responsible for the safe handling and operation of equipment within the fields of lighting, audio, atmospheric effects, and pneumatics. This includes the technical running of live shows as well as other marquee events. Technicians are expected to interact with guests, other employees, and supervisors while maintaining the company’s integrity and following all park policies and procedures. Job duties also include working both individually as well as with a team and should anticipate working in all weather conditions.

Pay Rate: $17.50/Hour

• Shows an emphasis towards safety when performing all job tasks assigned to them.

• Oversee technical equipment related to live shows such as audio, lighting, video and scenic effects while ensuring smooth operation of all elements relating to it.

• Prepare workspace and facilities for daily operation including but not limited to venue upkeep and cleanliness, show preparation, and special events.

• Perform maintenance of all equipment to ensure proper functionality as well as prepare and test equipment based on departmental needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to Six Flag’s policies regarding guest interactions by answering questions as well as providing directions.

• Assist with load-in and load-out tasks including but not limited to Fright Fest, and other events that require efficient thinking.

• Must have adequate availability including weekends, early mornings, late-nights, and holidays.

Baristas will provide excellent Guest experience while preparing freshly brewed coffees, teas and cold beverages.

The Foods Warehouse position is physically demanding; manual labor is required. The Foods Support team is responsible for providing support to the Food Service department through ice production and delivery, beverage machine maintenance and novelty food storage and delivery. This position requires a valid drivers license and you must be 18 years of age or older.

* Certain shifts begin as early as 6 am or go until 1 hour prior to park closing* 

Foods Support Associates are required to interact with guests, other Associates, leads, and supervisors on a daily basis. Additionally, Foods Support Associatess are required to continuously work outdoors and closely with others. Support staff will be required to work in the park when needed and must pass all Associates and cash handling trainings. Occasionally will work alone. Will always be exposed to direct sunlight, dust, dirt, and water. Must be able to function in all weather conditions for long periods of time. Foods Ice House/Support Host/Hostess must be willing to help in the park when needed. Job Summary: The Emergency Medical Technician will provide medical care to our employees and guests. Maintain a safe environment and project positive Public Relations. Abide by and enforce all rules, regulations, and policies established by the Management of the Company with respect to the Laws of Local, State and Federal Government.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care to our Employees and Guests.
• Provide Emergency transportation for Employees and Guests as needed.
• Maintain all equipment and facilities of the Medical Division.
• Maintain and properly secure all medical records. Including in-putting all incidents in the computer.
• Conduct Safety Inspections throughout the Park(s) as requested by the Safety Manager.

The Ideal Candidate Must Possess:

• Must be 18 years of age and have a VALID Drivers License
• Must be an Active NJ, NY, PA State or Nationally Certified EMT, with current certifications including CPR.
• Must be able to read and write legibly, and understand all medical terms and have understanding of computer in-put programs.
• Ability to maintain composure and treat guest(s) or employee(s) on a one-to-one treatment environment.
• Ability to perform EMT care inclusive of Lifting Adult individuals onto and off of stretchers with the assistance of only one other person. (Approx. 100 lbs.)

Job Summary: The Emergency Services Coordinator will inspect and audit all Safety regulatory compliance for the entire Six Flags property. They will also participate in Fire Protection and assist the EMS team when necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to fire-related calls for service as part of the Fire Brigade
• Conduct and record safety audits and inspections regularly throughout the Six Flags Great Adventure properties
• Conduct safety inspections before or during projects to analyze safety risks
• Educate employees on safety standards and procedures
• Provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace
• Investigate accidents that occur onsite and identify possible causes of the accident
• Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents, and related events
• Act as a liaison between the Park and external partners, such as fire and EMS agencies
• Maintain all Safety Department equipment and facilities
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist as needed
• Complete any task assigned by the Emergency Services Supervisor, Public Safety Supervisor, or Public Safety Manager

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• NJ Firefighter 1 Certified

Responsible for the daily functions of the Team Six Office (TSO) and Employee Residential Campus, while ensuring all Associate interaction is conducted in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner. You will serve as a resource to departments in allowing them to more closely focus on their in-park operations while back of the house responsibilities are continuously being met to further their business. You will actively and enthusiastically disseminate campus rules and regulations to all residents, as well as completing regular inventories, cleaning, and audits on campus. You must exercise and enforce the Mantra of Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service.

 Serve as a liaison between associates and management team.
