Job Details Position: Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) / Home Health RN (Travel) Location: Newton, MA 02459 (field-based home visits; North Region coverage including Beverly, Marblehead, Salem, Swampscott) Start Date: April 5, 2026 (subject to credentialing clearance) End Date: July 4, 2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8:00 AM
- 4:30 PM (8 Hour Days) Weekend Rotation: Once every 6 weeks Employment Type: Travel / Home Health Nursing Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,500-$2,630 Number of Openings: 1 Qualifications / Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or eligibility via Nurse Licensure Compact Minimum 1 year of Certified Home Care experience (Home Health RN experience required) Minimum 1 year of Case Management experience (RN case management preferred) Ability to travel to patient homes as assigned throughout the North Region Proficiency with electronic documentation (EMR/EHR systems) Strong assessment, care planning, and patient/family education skills Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments and monitor patient progress, safety, and outcomes as a Home Health RN Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary home health team Perform admission/start-of-care processes and ongoing RN case management per home health standards Provide skilled nursing interventions, wound care, medication management, and patient/family education to support safe care at home Coordinate care and communicate with providers, therapists, and other team members to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation to support quality outcomes, compliance, and continuity of care Participate in weekend rotation coverage approximately once every 6 weeks Apply now to make a difference as a Homecare RN / Home Health RN in Newton, MA.
