We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality Urgent Care services to a diverse patient population.

Position Overview Role Type: Full-Time, Hospital-Employed Setting: Urgent Care Patient Demographics: All ages ??? pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics Team Environment: Collaborate with 9 full-time Advanced Practice Providers and 3 Physicians Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage a wide variety of non-emergent medical conditions Deliver patient-centered, efficient care in a fast-paced, supportive environment Provide clinical services primarily at designated urgent care locations Maintain clear and accurate documentation using EPIC EMR and Smart Room technology Schedule Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM ??? 8:00 PM Rotating schedule, with some evenings and weekends No overnight shifts Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Current Indiana licensure (or eligibility) Board Certified (NP-C, FNP, PA-C) BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-focused care Facility Highlights Level III Trauma Center and Certified Primary Stroke Center Over 220 hospital beds plus specialized units State-of-the-art technology, including robotics and advanced radiation therapy Full-service Cardiology program with open heart surgery and interventional capabilities Modern imaging, diagnostics, and Smart Rooms to enhance care delivery This opportunity allows you to grow as a healthcare provider and leader, contributing significantly to patient health and well-being in the region.
