The Complete Surgical Care Assistant Team Lead (ASTL) supports the CSCS team by providing day-to-day guidance coaching, and operational support. This role partners closely with the Team Leader to strengthen team performance, ensure consistency in process and maintain a high standard of service for CHM members.
