We are seeking attorneys with 2+ years of practical privacy/data protection experience.
Academic background from a top law school and CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT certifications will play a factor in consideration.
Core responsibilities include: Advise clients on multi-jurisdictional privacy compliance strategies (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, HIPAA, GLBA, and emerging state laws) Draft and negotiate data processing agreements, privacy policies, and incident response plans Conduct privacy impact assessments and manage data mapping initiatives Lead data breach response efforts and coordinate with forensic teams and regulators Counsel on AI governance, biometric data, and emerging technology privacy issues Support M&A transactions with privacy due diligence and integration planning Advise on cross-border data transfers and international privacy frameworks Our client offers a collaborative, low-ego environment with strong mentorship, realistic partnership prospects, and flexible hybrid work arrangements.
