GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
Machine Operator 1 (MO1), a field based position, is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing company railway maintenance and inspection equipment. This position can operate Lorams on track MOW equipment and/or on track vehicles with supervision in both operating and travel modes. In this role you may be assigned to various types of equipment platforms dependent on business needs and demands.

Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of a supervisor and/or experienced machinist, responsible for quality parts produced on CNC 5-axis Mazak Integrex in a timely, safe and efficient manner.
- Operate, perform set-up changes and first article inspections on production runs utilizing CNC Machines.
- Load parts utilizing overhead lifting equipment, operating controls, setting offsets, simple edits, deburring and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.
- Identify problems before production runs, then start and observe machine operation to detect any other malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions and adjust machine controls or control media as required.
- Use precision measuring instruments, read blueprints, and job orders to determine dimensions, tolerance and tooling requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of dimensions and tolerances for tooling instructions such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut and cutting tools to be used.
- Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

The Materials Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of materials planning, procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, and fulfillment coordination across multiple channels—including Amazon FBA, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale distribution. This role plays a key part in scaling manufacturing operations. Responsibilities
The following responsibilities are representative of key areas required for success in this role:
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of professionals responsible for production planning, scheduling, and raw material and finished goods availability within the supply chain.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management roles with experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing operations through AMZ Seller Central preferred.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Department Manager, is responsible for professional nursing care and related assistance to adult and geriatric patients. Patients with a broad range of illnesses, admission/assessment of patients, medication administration, direct and indirect patient care, circulating diagnostic and interventional cases, scrubbing diagnostic/interventional procedures, and procedure documentation/hemodynamic monitoring. - Participates in assessment and reassessment according to patient’s progress and/or unit protocols. Reports findings and communicates all patient information to the physician.

Job Summary and QualificationsThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
What you will do in this role:
- Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
- Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
- Supports the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
- Provides recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff. Recommends and implements courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, completion of performance evaluations, and/or disciplinary actions to ensure a competitively better organization.
- Assists with staff scheduling. Manages all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
- Supports proper inventory control and assists with managing supplies and equipment.
What qualifications you will need:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Cour must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
- Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
