Hours: Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Must Haves:
Working knowledge of Quadient (or similar) mail machines, EMS or comparable mail management software.
Prior experience in a similar role/environment

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Sorts both U.S.P.S. and on-campus mail in preparation for daily deliveries.
Delivers mail on designated campus route for faculty and administrators.
Operates a van or cart in a safe, effective manner.
Supports the on-campus delivery process twice daily including the delivery of on-campus mail and packages.
Processes metered mail and packages for all classes of mail.
Effective operation of Quadient mail machines and software programs. (Or comparable equipment and programs.)
Responsible for Customer Service interaction, with attention to detail, in a professional manner via phone, inΒperson, work tickets, email, and/or service desks; and outreach to customer(s) when clarity is necessary.
Assists in preparation of bulk mail as needed.
Assists in preparation and metering of all mail types.
Understands, operates, and troubleshoots all industry standard Mail Services technologies, and is capable of being trained in print technology, including the printing machines for direct to print usage, large format printer and printing equipment, cutter, folder, laminator, shrink wrapper, stapler, hole puncher, jogger, perf/scoring machine, comb and tape binders, addresser, inserter, wafering machines, and the mail machines, as needed.
Prepares, prints, and mounts posters, as needed. Can be trained on use of WebCRD or comparable print management software.
Will be trained on use of forklift, as needed.

Position Summary:
The International Leadership Charter High School is searching for a highly qualified Managing Director of Facilities and Operations who is a highly skilled strategic minded leader with a demonstrated exceptional career history. Job Description:
- Manage large projects in a highly organized way and hold cross-functional teams accountable to deliverables and timelines
- Design, manage, and revise key facilities processes in a scalable format to support facilities management and maintenance oversight
- Document facilities procedures across both charter school campuses to ensure we have scalable practices that can be implemented and improved with 100% fidelity year over year
- Maintain up-to-date building documentation and certifications, and coordinate required government inspections
- Hold School-based Operations associates and outside vendors accountable to ensure all of International Leadership CHS facilities expectations are effectively implemented to create a Wow experience for our students, staff, and families
- Manage and oversee all facilities work with urgency, a high excellence bar, and extreme attention to detail
- Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed
- Must be available for in person on site work 5 days a week and maintain a work schedule from 7:30 to 5:30 PM.
Eligibility Requirements:
Bachelors degree; MBA or similar advanced degree is highly desirable and value added.
Minimum of 2-3 years-experience working in operations in a charter school environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation will be commensurate with level of experience and a record of demonstrated success. We are seeking an individual of outstanding quality with a track record of positive outcomes. Part-time School Food Professional

Position Summary
The Part-time School Food Professional plays a critical role in supporting the daily lunch operations to ensure a safe, orderly, and positive dining experience for students. The Part-time School Food Professional prepares meals, supervises students during meal periods, reinforces school expectations, maintains cleanliness in the cafeteria/pantry, and assists with operational needs related to food service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sets-up assigned station with appropriate items before meal service; checks for cleanliness before starting preparation of food.
- Assembles prepared food on trays for scholars according to menu.
- Preparing and heating food following DOH protocols.
- Serves food at proper temperatures utilizing appropriate kitchen equipment.
- Cleans kitchen, dining areas and pantry.
- Washes, sanitizes and/or sterilizes dishes, working areas/surfaces, utensils and equipment.
- Collects, transports and/or disposes of garbage and trash in designated containers; runs appropriate items through a sink utilizing appropriate cleaning and sanitizing agent(s).
- Maintaining compliance with sanitation guidelines.
- Update menu board daily with breakfast and lunch being provided for the day.
- Keep meal count by using a clicker for every meal a scholar has for compliance purposes.
- Supervise students during assigned lunch periods to ensure safety and appropriate behavior.
- Enforce school rules, expectations, and cafeteria procedures consistently and respectfully.

This position plays a vital role in providing individualized and small-group instruction through both push-in and pull-out models, developing differentiated lesson plans, and promoting literacy growth across content areas. The teacher will collaborate closely with co-teachers and school staff to deliver inclusive instruction, administer assessments, and support student integration into classroom settings. Ideal candidates are those with deep knowledge of literacy development, a commitment to culturally responsive teaching, and experience working with diverse student populations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-teach five 55-minute classes.
- Collaborate in an Inclusive Co-Teaching (ICT) environment.
- Maintain a classroom environment that is organized and promotes student thinking, learning and independence
- Demonstrate knowledge of Special Populations and MLL programs and execute the strategies as required.
- Plan and implement instruction that is student centered, involves independent and cooperative learning, scaffolded, and appeals to multiple styles of learning including strategies for students with IEPs and MLLs
- Implement Specially Designed Instruction (SDI) that follows the gradual release model to explicitly address individual student's unique needs.
- Draw on content-area expertise to infuse skill-building into content and adhere to the gradual release model with fidelity
- Complete Task Instructional Plan.
- Participate in IEP meetings
- Use a variety of data sources to track and discuss student progress, setting goals for continued growth.
- Regularly review student data through an electronic management system.
- Collaborate with various teams to write teacher reports.
- Manage student behavior using restorative practices and school-wide PBIS.
- Implement students behavior plans
- Observe behaviors within the classroom and develop classroom routines/structures and modify expectations to meet the behavioral needs of individual students
- Communicate with families and stakeholders to support student success
- Attend a 3-week summer orientation and professional development series.
- Fulfill broader school roles, including mentoring and committee involvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required; Masterβs Degree preferred
- New York State Certification
- Both novice and experienced teachers may apply

Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a seasoned Permanent School Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic healthcare team.
The successful candidate will work with a diverse population of students, providing them with the highest level of speech and language therapy services.
The role requires a deep understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as a passion for helping individuals overcome their challenges.

Responsibilities: 1.
Assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of speech, language, and communication disorders among students.
2.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
3.
Use Barium and other tools to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of speech and swallowing disorders.
4.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure that students receive integrated and comprehensive care.
5.
Provide education and support to family members and caregivers to help them understand and manage the student's disorder.
6.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans.
7.
Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in speech and language pathology to continually enhance treatment methods.
8.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and seminars for professional development and to contribute to the broader educational community.
Qualifications: 1.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
2.
A valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
3.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
4.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, preferably in a school setting.
5.
Proven experience in using Barium and other diagnostic and therapeutic tools in treatment.
6.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, parents, and school staff.
7.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately diagnose disorders and develop effective treatment plans.
8.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students overcome their challenges.
9.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
10.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest research, advancements, and ethical guidelines in the field of speech and language pathology.

Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team of professionals. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.Β
As you build a relationship with children and their families, your work will directly contribute to their growth, development, and improved quality of life.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Behavior Technician at Lighthouse will include the following:
Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children, following individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive and structured environment.
Foster a positive and engaging therapeutic relationship with clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team members to review progress, address concerns, and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers, providing updates on therapy goals, progress, and strategies for generalization of skills to the home setting.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes and data collection.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in ABA therapy.
