What will I do?
- Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling; proactively offer additional assistance, thank customers for shopping at Wegmans
- When on register, efficiently and accurately scan items and process payments
- Properly bag items to ensure products arrive at their destination in the condition they left the store
- When in self-checkout area, manage traffic flow, direct customers to available lanes, ensure the lanes are in good working order and assist customers with system troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work space

Schedule:
Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week for working Saturday. Branch hours are Monday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 a.m. β 5:00 p.m., Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 a.m. β 4:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. β 1:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Pay and Incentive Plan:
$22.02 per hour

Purpose of Position:
This position is responsible to effectively and efficiently process customer transactions in a branch environment, and provide appropriate recommendations to customers who may need guidance in identifying the right financial solutions for their financial needs in order to build long-term mutually beneficial relationships, achievement of business objectives, and increased awareness of ESLβs self-service and digital service offerings.
Accountabilities:
ESL is currently seeking a Universal Banker to work in our Farmington office to provide excellent customer service through identifying member needs and completing transactions, while building relationships, achieving sales goals and creating a positive experience. In this position you will learn a variety of banking functions by conducting both Teller and Relationship Banker responsibilities.
As a Universal Banker at ESL you will:
- Create a positive face to face member experience
- Build long lasting relationships with members
- Work in either a Teller or Relationship Banker position depending on the branch needs
Assist members with processing financial transactions including payments, deposits and withdrawals in a timely manner
Help members recognize and obtain the most appropriate solutions for their financial needs
Educate and Refer a variety of products and services to members
Assist members with accounts, loans and maintenance
- Learn about the banking and finance industry
- Gain exposure to career opportunities at ESL
Qualifications:
- One year in sales/service in the financial services or comparable industry required
- High School diploma or High School equivalency diploma required
- Strong, communication, problem solving and decision making abilities
- Prior Sales Experience preferred
- A high degree of flexibility to support branch needs
- Proficient in building customer and peer relationships
- Proficient in PC applications
- Understanding of banking products and services preferred
- Notary preferred; if not obtain within 12 months of filling role
- Must complete submission of application and fingerprinting to the NMLS (Nationwide Multisite Licensing System) and successfully be registered as an MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) through ESL

ESL is seeking for a Financial Service Representative to support our Cobblestone and Victor offices which supports the financial needs of these growing communities. The position has a dual role, one as an already licensed representative holding FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, FINRA Series 6, FINRA Series 63 and NY State Insurance License, to provide guidance and financial planning advice with investment and insurance solutions, and the other role as a relationship banker supporting all 3 lines of business (Retail, Business and Wealth) creating financial wellness to our community.
The Cobblestone and Victor offices have been identified as one of ESLβs leading markets for wealth opportunities. In this role you will work closely with ESLβs wealth management team to share best practices and foster career growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs Degree or 4 years of directly related experience.
- In lieu of degree, directly related experience should include: 4 years of successful progressive sales experience in the services or comparable industry. Will consider a combination of education and experience.
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials Exam required (may have been grandfathered in)
- FINRA Series 6 or Series 6 top off license is required.
- FINRA Series 63 license required (Series 66 will meet this requirement)
- NY State Insurance License is preferred. If not licensed, achieve license within six months of hire.
- High proficiency in building customer and peer relationships
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrates a high degree of flexibility in support of customer needs
- Prior experience in or knowledge of the financial services industry which may include the understanding of product offerings and solutions, market terminology and ability to explain options to prospects and clients
- Previous experience with processes and paperwork to ensure efficiencies within the financial services industry
- Ability to build rapport with diverse member base within the community

Summary
As an Advisor Relationship Manager, you will work largely independently and will serve as a point of contact within the Asset Management Client Services Team for the Intermediary Distribution Group (IDG). You will work in tandem with the appropriate internal and external Advisor Consultant Teams and be responsible for high-level financial advisor communications, relationship building, and monitoring across all product lines. You will report to the Director of Asset Management Services.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing superior service to our third-party advisors as well as and to end clients when appropriate
- Develop a strong understanding of all service offerings and investment products available to third-party advisors
- Initiate new account documents, cancellations, investment objective changes, and other client directives, ensuring all necessary criteria are gathered for the completion of the activity at every stage and across functional areas
- Coordinate with internal business units and service providers to ensure third-party advisor and client requests are fulfilled timely and accurately
- Provide critical review of incoming correspondence (i.e., trading directives and actionable items)
- Research and resolve problems or issues
- Facilitate information exchange between internal departments and external parties regarding changes/updates
- Promote collaborative, comprehensive, and coordinated client communication across all product lines to ensure positive client experience
- Assist in the training of new team members on practices and procedures
- Act as a backup for team coverage
- Additional initiatives and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree with an emphasis in finance, business, economics, or pre-law preferred
- Minimum 3 years financial services industry experience
- Working knowledge of broker dealer and RIA operations preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment with high attention to detail

Compensation: $63-68k expected base salary
