This role is responsible for coordinating and processing domestic and international shipments in strict compliance with all applicable regulations. The individual will prepare and manage export and import documentation, ensure accurate classification of goods, and work closely with customs brokers and freight forwarders to support the timely movement of materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibilities include filing export data through Automated Export Systems (AES) to obtain ITN numbers applying appropriate export/import classifications (Schedule B, HTS, ECCN), and ensuring compliance with EAR and ITAR regulations.
- The role also involves using carrier platforms such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL for shipment creation, tracking, and documentation, while maintaining compliance with hazardous materials regulations (49 CFR and IATA).
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or export compliance
- Hazmat certification under 49 CFR (domestic) and IATA (international)
- Strong working knowledge of AES and ITN generation
- Experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarders

Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated intern to join our Biometrics team. The intern will assist with projects such as conducting in-depth biomarker correlation analyses and quality of life measures. Key Responsibilities:
- Support exploratory analysis that links clinical outcomes with biological or laboratory markers, including dataset cleaning, correlation assessments, and basic predictive modeling to understand potential drivers of treatment response.
- Contribute to pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic evaluations by organizing PK data, performing preliminary exposure–response analyses, and generating visual summaries to help inform dose-response understanding.
- Assist with statistical model development by running simulation studies, comparing different covariate structures, assessing overfitting risks, and summarizing model performance metrics for internal methodological guidance.
