• Other Info: - Case Logs: current competence & evidence of performance of at least 200 therapeutic ERCP procedures, 40 sphincterotomies & 10 stent placements in the past 12 months or completion of training in the past 12 months.

• Active OK License or IMLC
  
• BC/BE
  
• Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited fellowship in GI w/ training in ERCP
  
• ACLS
  
• Case Logs (must include ProVation or a GI system; distinct & separate patient case logs for both ECU & ERCP, specifically for the past 12 months)
