POSITION SUMMARY

The purpose of the Case Manager position supports the physician and interdisciplinary team in facilitating patient care, with the underlying objective of enhancing the quality of clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction while managing the cost of care and providing timely and accurate information to payors. POSITION SUMMARY
The licensed vocational nurse (LVN) renders professional nursing care to patients at the Ambulatory Obstetrics (OB) Clinic. The LVN will also assume the role of patient advocate and liaison between the care team and patient. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participates in Continuous Quality Improvement plans for site and program.

POSITION SUMMARY

Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English.

Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient with the Spanish language at the Academy.
