Our Crew Members create a warm and friendly shopping experience in our stores. We answer questions, offer suggestions, and ensure our customers know they are welcomed and cared for. We entertain customers and make grocery shopping an exciting adventure.

Some responsibilities may include:

  • Working on teams to accomplish goals
  • Operating the cash register in a fun and efficient manner
  • Bagging groceries with care
  • Stocking shelves
  • Creating signage to inform and delight customers
  • Helping customers find their favorite products

You'll learn a lot. You're not stuck doing one task here. Each Crew Member contributes to creating a WOW customer experience by participating in all aspects of the job.

If you have experience in art including penmanship, working with chalk, and large signage, that's a plus.

If you have a passion for people and a fervor for food, we'd love to meet you. We can teach you the rest.

Stores have the greatest need for people that can work evenings and weekends.

Salary: $130,000

Comprehensive Benefits offering Generous PTO 401(K) Collaborative environment which fosters career advancement Job Details Responsibilities: Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions.

Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts; conferring with President, COO and CFO on strategic financial planning.

Study, analyze and report on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth.

Develop, implement and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting, employee relations and other corporate policies.

Proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting and all pertinent GAAP, SEC rules and regulations including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Responsible for all corporate and human resource activities including employee benefits, retirement plans, corporate insurance and related activities.

Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.

CPA and/or CMA preferred but not required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.

Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems, specifically Microsoft D365.

Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.

Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

CPA certification is a plus.
