Your Role at Reputation:
The Senior Visual Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand graphics for our website, product illustrations, blog post images, executive presentations, and content marketing pieces such as e-books, digital guides and proprietary thought leadership reports. In addition, the candidate will also be responsible for creating motion graphics and video content that engages our audience and communicates our brand message effectively.

How You'll Shape the Experience:
Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing, Demand and Product Marketing teams to create visually compelling graphics, motion graphics, and video content that align with the company's brand identity and business goals.
Design and create graphics for our website, guides, resources, landing pages, and promotional pages, that improve user experience and drive conversions.
Develop product illustrations that communicate complex ideas and features in a simple and intuitive way.
Create blog post images and social media graphics that engage our audience and drive traffic to our website.
Design digital presentations and reports that are visually appealing, easy to read, and showcase our brand's identity.
Create high-quality motion graphics and video content that effectively communicates our brand message, such as product demos, explainer videos, and social media video content.
Edit and post-produce video content, including sound mixing, color grading, and animation.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring that all designs and video content are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and industry standards, and share knowledge with the team.
The Skills That Set You Apart:
5+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics/video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing experience in website graphics, product illustrations, motion graphics, and video content.

Position Description
The Asset Management & Capital Markets Analyst supports two core functions at Overland Group: asset management and capital markets. This role is responsible for organizing, analyzing, and maintaining financial and operational information used to monitor asset performance, support financing transactions, and assist leadership in making informed capital and investment decisions. The position works closely with internal teams including Development and Accounting to ensure accurate and consistent financial information across projects and operating assets.
This position works directly with the President and supports the company’s Asset Management and Capital Markets functions. Because these functions currently operate with a very small team, the role provides broad exposure to real estate investment, development finance, lender and investor relationships, and operating asset performance. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone early in their career who is proactive, analytical, and eager to learn. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and fulfill lender closing checklists for debt financings, working across multiple internal departments to gather required diligence materials
- Organize financing materials and support the preparation of lender and equity partner diligence packages
- Track financing timelines, diligence requests, and closing milestones during capital transactions
- Prepare offering memorandums, investor presentations, and other investment marketing materials
- Create and manage investment offerings within the company’s investor portal

- Maintain organized financial records and support ad hoc analysis related to portfolio performance and capital planning
Qualifications

You may be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level automatically (without re-applying) once you complete 52-weeks at each grade level (with supervisor approval) and any additional training, licensing, and certification requirements.

Northern Region: Port Huron, MI Southeast Region: Houma, LA Southwest Region: San Diego, CA Duties and Responsibilities As a Marine Interdiction Agent, you will perform marine-based law enforcement operations for the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, terrorist weapons, and other contraband and persons from illegally entering or attacking the United States.
Typical duties may include: Monitoring behavior patterns and activities of suspect persons, vehicles, or vessels believed to be engaged in illegal activities.
Interpreting radar data to calculate appropriate intercept while tracking vessels and people to a successful interdiction.
Searching persons, vessels, baggage, and cargo for contraband or weapons incidental to detention or arrest.
Collecting, refining, and analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence.
Qualifications This GS-11 grade level position has a selective factor: As a minimum qualification requirement all candidates must have a qualifying Merchant Mariner Credential.

You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Independently applying advanced skill in controlling/commanding law enforcement scenes to include conducting searches, making arrests, processing arrests and seizure of evidence and property.
Conducting investigative inquiries using various techniques, examining files and records, physical and documentary evidence to identify logical conclusions.
Utilizing cameras and other electronic high-tech surveillance equipment to gather evidence, collect, evaluate, and then preserve that physical and documentary evidence.
Highly skilled in writing comprehensive arrest, criminal and incident reports.
Assisting government or state attorneys in preparation for court cases or grand juries, testifies as a law enforcement officer in court proceedings, and administrative forums.
Considerable experience applying arrest authorities and constitutional law in various alleged criminal situations, or knowledge and experience of CBP laws, regulations, policies, legal precedent.
OR GS-11 Education Substitution for experience: A Ph.D.
or equivalent doctoral degree, three (3) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M.
OR Combining Experience and Education: A combination of successfully completed post-bachelors' education (above) and experience.

Coast Guard Issued Merchant Mariner Credentials (MMC): You must submit a valid, legible copy of your Merchant Mariner Credential at time of application.

Qualifying Capacities are Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel (OUPV), Mate of 200 gross tons or greater (Inland, Great Lakes, Near Coastal or Oceans), Chief Mate, Second Mate, and Third Mate Unlimited Oceans or Master of 25 GRT or greater (Inland, Great Lakes, Near Coastal or Oceans) OR An Accepted MMLD Application: You must submit proof an accepted MMLD application, for a MMC with a qualifying capacity, and a credential status that is in a positive standing.
It cannot be pending additional information for MMLD application process.
You must have your Official MMC Credential in hand at the time of scheduling and at assessment appointment.
