Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist 4 (TS4) to design and implement data engineering solutions that advance the agency's data ecosystem. Duties:

• Design, implement, and test automation using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)
• Build reusable testing libraries/utilities for authentication (OAuth2/JWT), pagination, idempotency, rate limiting, and error handling
• Define test strategy and coverage across unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end service tests
• Create robust negative, edge, and resilience tests use mocking where needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Preconstruction Phase

• Assist with development of schedule, phasing, and logistics.

• Assist with the bid, award and procurement of subs and suppliers.

Construction Phase

• Responsible for leading, directing and coordinating the day-to-day field activities of the project including:
