Key member of the sales leadership team, Director of Sales-Shop At Home is the general manager of the in-home business unit servicing markets without Blinds To Go showrooms (BTG Partners Program). This engineer will partner closely with overseas factories (primarily Asia) to ensure that every new product is engineered for performance, safety, manufacturability, and cost. The role spans concept validation through mass production.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead engineering efforts across the full product lifecycle: concept → prototypes → EVT/DVT/PVT → production
- Review and refine mechanical and electrical designs (motors, PCBA, wiring, charging systems, battery packs)

The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach.
