How You’ll Make a Difference

As an Assistant Dental Office Manager, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role.

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
• Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care
• Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team
• Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice
• Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Demonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data
• Organized and detail oriented

The Sales Advisor will facilitate sales for the Richland Retirement Community. The Sales Advisor maintains and/or improves the occupancy level and revenue production of the independent living community in accordance with the marketing and business plans to close sales and drive census. The Sales Advisor ensures that each prospect receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every prospect, maintaining solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service. As a team player, the Sales Advisor will work with others to plan, coordinate, and implement monthly prospect and/or referral source activities and events as well as work in collaboration with other team members in developing and executing marketing plans to achieve community occupancy goals. The Sales Advisor will utilize CRM software to track and report sales activities.
