Qualifications:

The Job

Our receptionist helps keep the front office organized and welcoming for both visitors and employees. This role supports the daily operations of our headquarters and helps ensure the office runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering and routing incoming phone calls
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate team members
• Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail, shipping and receiving packages
• Maintaining shared spaces such as the break room and reception area
• Ordering and restocking office and kitchen supplies
• Providing general administrative support to the corporate team when needed

This is a part-time, in-office position at our East Orlando headquarters.

The intended weekly schedule is below, but we can work with individual schedules:

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician/Electrician (THIRD SHIFT) to join our team! You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, performing routine maintenance, fixing any faulty wiring, and maintaining production and facility equipment.

Work is performed in a production environment which requires exposure to all temperature changes, high noise levels, working around moving equipment, vibrations, dust, etc. Working hours will be a set schedule but must be flexible with working extended hours when required.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect on a routine basis electrical equipment wiring, fixtures, and other components to ensure they remain functional and are up to code, as well as to identify any hazards or issues.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion by analyzing test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. This includes recording parts and materials used.
• Perform mechanical skills including and not limited to PLC, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Ensure the safety needs are given a to priority in operations support and work execution. Some examples are Confined Space Entry, LOTO, Hand Tool Safety Use, etc.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or AA degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with PLC experience
• AC Motors, Electrical Panels, Power Distribution, and VFD’s experience preferred.
• Experience with Industrial Manufacturing, injection molding, industrial tools, and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Must read and understand schematics, drawings and diagrams.
• Must be dependable, punctual and have a good attendance record.
• Ability to understand and communicate instructions in English.

Project Estimator – Commercial Outdoor Play Projects

Longwood, FL (Greater Orlando Area) | On-Site

We’re looking for a Project Estimator to support a team that designs and builds commercial playgrounds, park spaces, and outdoor recreational environments for municipalities and communities throughout Central Florida.

This is not a large GC estimating role. Our projects typically range from $100K to $3M, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support the preconstruction process by reviewing plans, preparing takeoffs, and coordinating pricing with vendors and subcontractors.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Reviewing construction documents and site plans
• Performing takeoffs and building project estimates
• Gathering vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Preparing bids and proposal packages
• Maintaining project data and documentation in CRM systems
• Supporting project setup once bids are awarded

Preferred Background

• 2–5 years of estimating or construction experience
• Ability to read site plans and construction documents

Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking an aggressive, growth-oriented Operations Manager to join our established multi-trade service company that serves across the state of Florida.

The Operations Manager will work directly with the General Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations, aggressively drive growth by manpower, ensure robust system support, and maintain training cadences. This role is crucial for complementing the General Manager's strengths and pushing the company from its current $25 million revenue to a target of $33+ million per year through sustainedannual growth.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Operational Oversight & Growth: Work with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing operations, including manager supervision, planning, scheduling, and execution of service projects.
• Manpower Development: Drive company growth by focusing on the supervision, training, evaluation, and development of Division Managers and front line employees.
• System Support: Act as the primary support for the company's operational systems (e.g., ServiceTitan or other relevant field service management software).
• Financial Acumen: Assist in the planning and management of annual & monthly budgets; monitor expenditures; and identify cost-saving opportunities. (General financial understanding and P&L experience are a plus, though less of a priority than growth.)
• Team Management: Address employee concerns and grievances; work with Division Managers to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
• Trade Support: Possess a strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing Trades to provide technical and operational support to the teams.
• Customer Focus: Address customer inquiries and concerns related to technical issues, ensuring timely solutions and high satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

• Proven Residential Service Experience and strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, & Plumbing Trades, with management experience.
• Must have the understanding and excitement of running and aggressively growing a $25 million per year multi-trade company with a keen sense of urgency to hit and exceed budgets.
• Must have the mindset of being a great number two to a General Manager, with the desire to eventually step into a General Manager role.
• Goal-oriented, comfortable with financials, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and working effectively under pressure.
• Background with a field service management system (ServiceTitan preferred).
• Must be highly motivated, detailed-oriented, able to multi-task, highly skilled in problem-solving, flexible, and demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks timely and effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
