Position Overview:
PTS Advance is seeking an experienced MEP Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical building systems design and proven expertise in Revit for modeling and documentation. You’ll play a key role in developing HVAC, plumbing, and piping designs for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems for building projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
- Create and coordinate 3D models and detailed construction documents using Revit.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, electrical engineers, and contractors.
- Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system layouts.
- Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Support project lifecycle from concept through construction administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in MEP mechanical design (commercial or industrial preferred).
- Proficiency in Revit required.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Orlando, FL for a Creative Artist. The Creative Artist will conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality artwork for custom screen printing, embroidery, and other product development projects. Daily tasks will include collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop creative solutions, preparing artwork for production, refining designs, and staying updated on industry trends to bring innovative ideas to projects. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
**We are not looking for web designers, this role is fully creative and requires illustration and graphic talent and the willingness to evolve and learn new aspects of the industry.
A PORTFOLIO IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
Qualifications
- Expert proficiency in graphic design, illustration, and creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Expert of vector illustration as well as detailed illustration and painting in Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of print production techniques, including screen printing and embroidery processes
- Advanced understanding of design principles (typography, composition and attention to color and detail are a must have)
- Experience in creating custom artwork for a range of products, including apparel, accessories, and hardlines
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working closely with clients and teammates
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Review schedule and stay on task with deadlines
- Create and review art concepts with team members and sales representatives
- Render concepts in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Create and edit Comps, list colors using the Pantone system, and learn specialty ink techniques to elevate your concepts.

Role: Senior Superintendent – Commercial Construction
Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 + Excellent Benefits
A well-established Central Florida general contractor with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality commercial projects is looking to add an experienced Senior Superintendent to its growing field team. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, this role will initially focus on a $15M site development project in the DeLand area, with additional commercial projects following.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead field operations on commercial construction projects from sitework through final completion.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure safe and efficient jobsite operations.
- Coordinate daily construction activities to maintain project schedule and productivity.
- Work closely with project managers, owners, inspectors, and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve jobsite challenges, sequencing conflicts, and coordination issues.
- Maintain organized, safe, and productive jobsites.
- Develop strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Oversee daily jobsite operations including scheduling subcontractors and managing field progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with project management to track project milestones and schedules.
- Maintain project documentation including daily reports, jobsite photos, and updates using systems such as Procore.
- Lead jobsite meetings and communicate progress updates to the project team.
- Coordinate inspections with local authorities and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage punch lists and support project closeout activities.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial construction with significant time spent in a Superintendent role.
- Proven ability to run ground-up commercial projects from sitework through completion.
- Experience in commercial sectors such as retail, industrial, self-storage, or similar developments.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and field coordination.
- Demonstrated leadership managing subcontractors and maintaining jobsite productivity.
- Experience with construction management platforms such as Procore.
- Self-starter who can operate independently and solve problems proactively.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Longwood, FL for an Estimator specializing in Painting, Waterproofing, Resinous Flooring, and Fireproofing. In this role, the Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and requirements, preparing accurate quantity takeoffs, quantifying and identifying change orders and collaborating with project managers and clients. Responsibilities also include building relationships with vendors, and obtaining pricing form vendors.
Qualifications that would be of use
- Experience in preparing cost estimates and bid proposals for Painting, Waterproofing, Resinous Flooring, and Fireproofing projects.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills for reviewing project specifications and establishing accurate budgets and timelines.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor negotiations and client interactions.
- Solid knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and industry standards related to specialty contracting services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
