Description

Our Account Management Intern will work closely with the account team to support the planning, creation, and delivery of marketing initiatives for clientsβ€”including print, digital, radio, television, social, and content marketing. This person will be a task master, confidently owning their assigned work and collaborating easily across teams and with senior-level executives within the agency.


What you’ll be doing for us…

  • Assisting in the day-to-day management of individual projects and miscellaneous campaigns for multiple brands
  • Managing documents for internal processes & client projects (i.e., daily reports, status updates)
  • Executing administrative tasks in support of client deliverables, including filing, making copies, completing FedEx runs, and booking conference rooms
  • Initiating the opening of new jobs and creating action forms to facilitate communication among departments
  • Assisting in the distribution and delivery of ads & marketing materials
  • Seeking out and analyzing competitor marketing and sales materials, both online and offline (including social media)
  • Keeping a current knowledge of industry trends and actively identifying ways to apply them where possible to active projects
  • Working closely with internal teams to build a comprehensive knowledge of BBDO processes
