Speech Language Pathologist Key Responsibilities:
- Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct compliant, formalized and dynamic assessments to determine educational eligibility/level of functioning. Complete observations and evaluations, and manage annual and triennial reviews. Develop and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members to ensure educational benefit.

About the Role
At Ariat, we are seeking an energetic, collaborative, and forward-thinking Sr. Director of Strategy to develop and support the execution of our go-to-market strategy. About the Role
The Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead strategic Industrial Construction and Facilities Engineering sourcing projects for new and existing sites across Ross' supply chain network. Their primary goals will be to help Ross mitigate risks, procure materials, equipment and services at the best value and be a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Sourcing and Sourcing Process Execution
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Industrial Construction categories (e.g., steel structures, concrete, MEP systems, site services, etc.) and Facilities Maintenance categories (e.g., conveyor systems, fork trucks, racking, etc.). Analyze historical data to determine the highest risk and cost categories.
- Partner with Property Development, Engineering, Project Management, Legal, Risk Management and Finance teams to understand project needs. Manage expectations and set achievable milestones to arrive at the agreed upon goal.
- Develop and manage sourcing project timelines and lead socialization meetings. Update stakeholders regularly on project progress, risks and mitigation strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers and contractors. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure performance and compliance. Develop and monitor supplier KPIs, coordinate regular QBRs and Top to Top meetings.
- Support the budgeting process and develop bottoms-up (quantity based) estimates.
- Develop RFPs and vendor response comparison tools (quantitative and qualitative). Work with Property Development, Engineering, Loss Prevention, IT and Legal stakeholders to understand requirements to be included in the RFP packages.
- Manage competitive events or sourcing process end to end with minimal supervision. This would include market research, RFP development, internal and external communication management, stakeholder alignment, etc.
- Conduct detailed market and vendor research to communicate findings through research summaries. Evaluate vendor core competencies and competitive positioning using open-source data and industry benchmarks.
- Proactively identify alternate sourcing opportunities across multiple Construction and Facilities Engineering material, equipment, parts and service categories. Analyze market trends and cost drivers to inform sourcing decisions.
- Drive cost savings initiatives through value engineering, competitive bidding, and strategic negotiations.
- Create presentations to communicate findings and vendor recommendations to stakeholders, to help with decision making.
- Serve as an escalation channel for internal stakeholders, to improve vendor service levels. Maximize Ross' position of leverage in any negotiation scenario.
- Support the Facilities Engineering team with sourcing requirements for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) repair, refurbishment and replacement.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Business, Economics, Finance or Engineering (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years category management / strategic sourcing experience in Industrial Construction and Facilities Engineering. Multiple Construction and Engineering sourcing category experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience in a cross functional environment (technical and non-technical teams).
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance - budgeting, cash flow, P/L statements, balance sheets.
- Strong experience with construction cost estimating and budgeting as well as working with raw material / market indices and determining fair purchase prices.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with Construction Management Software such as Procore, as well as Sourcing / Contract Management Software such as Coupa.
- Familiarity with LEED, OSHA, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Certifications preferred - CCPS, CCM, CPSM.
- Consulting experience strongly preferred; experience in retail is a plus.
- Proficiency with contract writing and management strongly preferred.

Pay range and compensation package
The base salary range for this role is $108,800 - $165,950. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. Role Overview
We are looking for a resourceful and commercially oriented VP of Service to develop and lead our service business globally. We’re hiring a Lab Service Engineer to support R&D and applications lab activities in a fast-paced, new product development environment. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone with a strong electro-mechanical background who thrives in a startup-style lab setting.
What you’ll do
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and calibration on lab equipment
• Support process development, hardware, and software engineering teams during R&D work and customer demos
• Install and support prototype tools, often with limited or evolving documentation
• Develop procedures and documentation as needed to support new designs and lab activities
• Safely handle hazardous materials using required PPE, which may include APR or SCBA
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support customer tools that can’t be resolved remotely
• Provide occasional field or direct customer support
• Train Field Service Engineers, technicians, or process engineers when needed
What we’re looking for
• Technical or Trade School degree
• 5 years of work experience
• Experience as a Field Support Engineer or Product Support Engineer within the semiconductor equipment industry
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with helium leak checking
• Ability to work independently using schematics, P&IDs, signal lists, and procedures

About the Role
Ariat is hiring a Regulatory Compliance/Privacy Attorney to join our growing legal team. As the sixth member of our legal department, you will help lead the development and implementation of our global regulatory compliance program with a focus on product safety and environmental regulations. Under the supervision of the Head of Legal, you will establish compliance frameworks that protect our brand while enabling business growth. You are extremely organized and proactive, with a desire to learn and grow. You are customer-focused, collaborate well with team members and cross-functional business partners, and have experience of working directly with outside counsel. Regulatory Compliance
- Serving as lead counsel on product and environmental regulations affecting Ariat's footwear, apparel, and accessories, including California Proposition 65, PFAS and other chemical restrictions, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws, sustainability and ESG-related disclosure requirements, modern slavery and supply chain transparency statutes (e.g., CA Transparency in Supply Chains Act, UK Modern Slavery Act), and textile and labeling regulations.
- Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing developing state, federal, and global legislation and regulatory proposals that could impact Ariat's products or operations, and translating those developments into clear, actionable guidance for business teams.
- Partnering with product development, sourcing, marketing, and sustainability teams to assess regulatory risk early in the product lifecycle.
- Advising on compliance strategies related to Ariat's multi-state and international retail and e-commerce operations.
- Creating compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures that can scale globally while maintaining consistent standards across all markets.
Privacy
- Serving as the primary in-house privacy counsel, advising on compliance with state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, and emerging state frameworks), federal privacy requirements, and international privacy regulations (GDPR, where applicable).
- Partnering with various cross-functional teams to provide guidance related to data collection practices, consumer data requests, vendor data processing agreements, cookie/tracking compliance, and employee privacy matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining privacy policies, data processing agreements, and related documentation.
- Supporting privacy impact assessments and advising on new technologies, platforms, and data initiatives.
- Monitoring and assessing new and evolving privacy legislation across all U.S. states and relevant international jurisdictions.
- Assisting with other responsibilities based on business needs.
About You
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school, licensed to practice law and in good standing in CA.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related legal practice.
- You know how to efficiently manage risk and ensure that business and compliance needs are accurately reflected in policies and procedures.
- Prior experience with product counseling with a global footwear and apparel brand or consumer products is strongly preferred. We'd like you to hit the ground running with relevant industry knowledge.
- Solid foundation in privacy, product safety, environmental compliance and global regulatory frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams on multiple projects at once.

Job Overview
This position is responsible for the research, design, development and sustainability of electronic medical equipment. This individual serves as electrical engineer in a project team. As a key member of the project team, the engineer will collaborate closely with engineers and a cross-functional team to support the full product lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Provide electrical technical in the research, design, development and sustainability of electronic circuits for medical devices. Ensure and maintain compliance to Corporate and Industry standards.
- Performs medical devices electrical system requirement study and functions research, participates in design & development activities, collaboration with contractors defining interface, power consumption and board dimensions.
- Programs bare metal coding for system control, performs design activities using EDA tools like OrCAD for schematics capture and PCB layout, generate circuit schematic diagrams, bills of materials and performance analyses, works with contractors for PCB fabrication and SMT, brings up PCB in the lab with tools like multimeter, oscilloscope.
- Perform system assembly, function testing, data analyzing, and test results documenting.
- Prepare documents including Design Specifications, Verification and Validation protocols/reports, relevant Risk Analysis.
- Support design reviews and contribute to risk assessments and design verification activities.
- Remote and Onsite electrical technical support as needed by the project.
Minimum Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, M.S. preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Deep understanding principles of DC regulators, such as LDO, Switching regulators.
- Knowledge of microcontroller hardware design and firmware coding, sensor interfaces such as SPI, I2C.
- Experience with EDA tools (OrCAD, Altium Designer, KiCAD etc.) design for schematic capture, PCB layout.
- Strong lab skills, including experience with oscilloscopes, multi-meter, and other diagnostic tools.
