Responsibilities: Oversee all financial operations of the multifamily real estate portfolio, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA certification is preferred.

Extensive knowledge of property management accounting, including experience with Yardi and RealPage software.

Proven expertise in multifamily property accounting.

Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Impeccable analytical and organizational skills.

Self-motivated and self-directed.

Ability to work closely with a senior management team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
