PURPOSE:
Develops and Implements strategy for the company's product line and is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
20% Leads the entire product management life cycle -Translates business strategy are reflected in downstream product processes. Ensures all stakeholder's features, requirements, and acceptance criteria support delivery and testing of new products and features. May also manage beta programs, manage the development of product marketing materials and technical documentation. Ensure new products align with and supports existing products where applicable.
20% Leverages research market research as inputs into the product roadmap to confirm market demand. Done by gathering feedback from customers and analyzing product landscape, updates existing products and new technologies. .Ensures Product Owners' backlogs incorporates this data in their prioritization processes.
20% Defines the product roadmap showing the value derived at each delivery of functionality milestones. These milestones do not dictate architecture; they define features or capabilities, normally documented through business strategy and translation of that strategy into workflows, user stories, or required features.
15% Responsible and/or assists with go-to market strategy and launches for new products; facilitates product release with product owners, engineering, sales, supply chain, etc.; educates internal and external stakeholders. Will also develops/delivers product presentations.
10% Facilitates marketing and stakeholder communications for all products including clear ability to translate technical solutions into value proposition.
10% Works with finance, where applicable, to define revenue drivers and pricing to ensure competitiveness in the market as well as financial profitability in the marketplace

The Pilot of a Gulfstream 650 aircraft, executing global flight operations on behalf of a senior executive or government official. Key Responsibilities
Flight Operations

Operational Coordination & Program Support
- Coordinate across internal teams, contractors, and interagency partners to optimize data sharing, maintain information accuracy, and ensure alignment on program deliverables.
- Track program milestones, project timelines, and strategic initiatives to ensure executive visibility and prompt action where required.
- Support executives during high-priority meetings, interagency engagements, and mission-focused activities by compiling materials, capturing decisions, and managing follow-up actions.

Required Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities, not limited to the following:
Campus Support
- Perform front desk responsibilities, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information to the public about Levine programs, locations, and services.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of programs, classes, and events featured on the Levine website.
- Check voicemail regularly and return calls promptly.
- Maintain and update the room reservation schedule.
- Provide support to campus faculty, including maintaining phone lists, submitting piano tuning requests, updating mailboxes, and assisting with event setups as needed.
- Offer basic administrative support for technology questions and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with day, weekend, and part‑time front desk staff to ensure substitute coverage for vacations, sick days, and vacancies.
Event Support
- Set up, attend, and provide on‑site support for concerts, student recitals, and special events.
- Organize event logistics, including equipment, warm‑up rooms, and other site needs for studio recitals, master classes, lectures, and jams.
- Create programs for student recitals.
- Assist with campus events and programs during assigned evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple concurrent commercial HVAC and/or plumbing projects
• Maintain active involvement with field operations while supporting project managers and superintendents

• Lead staffing and coordination of key field positions in collaboration with construction leadership
