Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead bidding processes, including subcontractor negotiations and vendor pricing
• Review plans/specs and perform detailed takeoffs
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and competitive bids
• Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with budget, schedule, and scope
• Schedule and coordinate all phases of construction
• Maintain documentation and ensure project goals are met

Qualifications
• 5+ years in civil construction (earthwork, water, sewer, storm)
• Ability to read blueprints and develop accurate estimates

• Familiarity with local subcontractors and able to source and vet new partners
