This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving cash collections, reducing denials, and improving overall revenue cycle performance. You will oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations while holding our third-party billing partner accountable to measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the full revenue cycle: billing, coding, claims, collections, and follow-up
• Manage and hold the billing vendor accountable to KPIs and performance standards
• Lead denial management, appeals, and underpayment recovery efforts
• Monitor key metrics (A/R days, denial rate, net collections, clean claims)
• Identify revenue leakage and implement corrective action plans
• Partner with providers and operations to improve documentation and front-end processes
• Serve as escalation point for complex payer and reimbursement issues

• Experience in revenue cycle management (ASC, pain management, or procedural specialties preferred)
• Proven success improving collections and reducing denials

Precision Spine Care, a leading and fast-growing organization specializing in interventional pain management and ambulatory surgery, is seeking a high-impact Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, operational performance, and overall financial results across the organization. You will have direct oversight of ancillary service lines and the centralized Communication Center, with full accountability for patient volume, provider utilization, and procedural throughput.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new patient growth, procedural volume, and overall revenue
• Optimize provider schedules, patient flow, and case progression
• Oversee ancillary services and Communication Center performance
• Own KPIs including conversion, utilization, and revenue vs. budget
• Improve OR utilization and surgery center throughput
• Lead and develop Practice Administrators and clinical leaders
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions quickly

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in healthcare operations leadership (ASC or multi-site preferred)
• Proven track record of driving growth, performance, and revenue
• Strong operator—data-driven, decisive, and execution-focused
• Experience with patient access, scheduling, or call center operations is a plus

Role Description

This role combines estimating and project management responsibilities for earthwork, utilities, site concrete, and demolition projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in civil construction, can lead projects from bid to completion, and thrives in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead bidding processes, including subcontractor negotiations and vendor pricing

• Review plans/specs and perform detailed takeoffs 

• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and competitive bids 

• Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with budget, schedule, and scope

• Schedule and coordinate all phases of construction 

• Maintain documentation and ensure project goals are met

• Track financial performance and report on budget variances and cost-saving opportunities

• Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support project success and overall company initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in civil construction (earthwork, water, sewer, storm) 

• Ability to read blueprints and develop accurate estimates 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Agtek, 3D Modeling, HCSS Heavy Job/Heavy Bid, and Microsoft Office 

• Familiarity with local subcontractors and able to source and vet new partners 

• Strong work ethic and organizational skills 

• Driver's license required; bilingual a plus 

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
